Ochre offers ways of working with individuals and organisations to enhance relationships, development and change.

The principals are Colette Green MA, Sebastian Green and D Phil.

Colette works as a trainer and supervisor, she has a small psychotherapy practice in Cork and has been working with groups and individuals for over 25 years in England, New Zealand, Ireland and India.

An integrative psychotherapist specializing in psychodynamic and systemic work. She is a registered family systems practitioner UK and a trainer with the Irish Group for Systemic Solutions. She has taught on the H Dip in Psychodynamic Studies, the Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and the Masters in Social work at University College Cork, Ireland.

She has been particularly influenced by the work of Philippa Lubbock, London.

She has studied at the Hellinger Institute of Britain, with Hunter Beaumont and faculty at Zist and Cloister Bernried in Germany and with Bert Hellinger at Pichl Austria. She is one of the few practitioners worldwide to hold the diploma in Hellinger Sciencia; Hellingerschule 2008. She continues to study with both Bert Hellinger and Hunter Beaumont.

Colette’s interests include the systemic intergenerational aspects of addiction viewed from a historical, cultural and social backdrop. She worked for many years with couples in the area of ‘childbirth’.  She is the founder of MA, Mothers Alone, a program for women parenting on their own with special emphasis on the transition into parenthood in Wellington, New Zealand and in Cork, Ireland.

Colette runs family Constellation workshops based on the work of Bert Hellinger and the theory of Object Relations.  She also works with organizations where she has a particular interest in the unseen dynamics which drive family business. She writes articles and short stories and serves on the editorial team of  ‘The Knowing Field’ International English language Constellations Journal.

Sebastian is a Professor of Management at University College Cork (UCC). He specialises in Leadership and Organisation Change particularly in relation to the areas of Strategic Management, Project Management and Family Business. He is interested in applying insights from Psychoanalysis, Systemic Theory and Anthropology to this work. 

He is Head of the Department of Management and Marketing at UCC and was formerly Executive Dean of the Faculty of Commerce. Before coming to UCC he worked in Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and at the London Business School .

Sebastian studied: Economics at Trinity College Dublin, and at the University of California , Santa Barbara; Social Anthropology at Sussex University , UK; Integrative Psychotherapy at UCC; and (currently) Consultation and the Organisation: Psychoanalytic approaches at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, London.

Sebastian is a member of the Strategic Management Society and the US and British, Academies of Management.  Sebastian serves on the editorial team of the Knowing Field and Social Transformation and Change. He is an International Editorial Adviser to PM World today, Project Management eJournal, US.
