Executive Coaching

Ongoing supervision. This is offered, in person or online, to both individuals and small groups of practitioners who are using a systemic lens or those who are working with constellations in either an individual or group setting

In Sebastian’s coaching practice he combines a systems psychodynamic methodology with organisation constellations.  The overarching aim is to enable clients to develop deeper insights into how they might benefit themselves and the organisations they work in.   Self-understanding about valency or aptitude for leadership and/or other organisational role choices, allows people to make more informed decisions about their professional and career development paths, how they might enhance their  relationships with staff and other stakeholders, and how to creatively address long standing issues.   Coaching is an invaluable resource for people committed to ongoing, Personal and Professional Development.  All too often, we find that our own needs are eclipsed in the complexities of supporting everyone else in the organisations and the groups to which we belong.  Particularly at times of increasing uncertainty, career transitions, changing personal circumstances, work life imbalance, or heavy work loads, support from an Executive Coach helps people think creatively through the implications of change for themselves, while at the same time exploring more deeply how to deal with opportunities and unforeseen difficulties.

Coaching Supervision

Supervision offers coaches and consultants a resource to explore what belongs to them and what belongs to their clients and to see what lies out of awareness in the relationship between coach and client: what is being projected onto the coach and vice versa.   Supervision also allows for: making explicit what is implicit; creating new hypotheses and possible interventions;  and sharing knowledge and reflection.
